Shipping, production and returns.

U.S. shipping

Auric currently ships within the United States. Shipping is $20 on orders under $250 and free on qualifying orders of $250 or more.

Production timing

Most current catalog items show an estimated production time of 1–2 weeks before shipping. Custom projects can vary based on the approved design and production requirements.

Regular-item returns

Eligible regular items may be returned within 7 days if they are unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Auric inspects and verifies the returned item before a refund is issued.

Custom jewelry

Custom pieces are not regular-return items because they are made for a specific customer. Auric will make reasonable adjustment or remake efforts when a production issue needs to be addressed.

Custom deposits

Approved custom projects use a 50% deposit before production. The deposit is refundable before production starts and becomes nonrefundable once production has begun.

Inspection

Auric jewelry is inspected before shipment.
