For one-of-one concepts, personalized name pieces or jewelry outside the repeatable catalog, Auric uses a request-first custom process developed with Lanier Design. Tell us what you want to make, then approve the design and quote before production begins.
How the custom process works
Submit the piece type, metal, stone preference, approximate dimensions, lettering and budget. Auric reviews the request, develops the production direction and confirms the final quote before payment.
Custom deposits
Approved custom pieces use a 50% deposit before production. The deposit is refundable before production starts and becomes nonrefundable once production has begun.
Custom returns and adjustments
Because custom jewelry is made for a specific customer, custom pieces are not regular-return items. Auric will make reasonable adjustment or remake efforts when a production issue needs to be addressed.

Can Auric make custom engagement rings?
Yes. Auric accepts custom engagement-ring requests in addition to the repeatable ring settings shown in the collection.
Can I order a custom name pendant?
Yes. Personalized name pieces are treated as custom work rather than repeat-copy products.
How much is the custom deposit?
After the design and quote are approved, the custom-order deposit is 50% before production begins.
